FiliLearn may provide:

• Self paced Filipino language lessons
• Vocabulary instruction
• Pronunciation exercises
• Listening activities
• Practice exercises
• Stories
• Cultural learning materials
• Progress tracking
• Live Classes
• Teacher scheduling
• Messaging
• Classroom video
• Educational audio
• Learning recommendations
• Mobile applications
• Other related educational services

Features may be added, changed, improved, or discontinued over time.

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms or have appropriate authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

Additional requirements apply to younger users as explained in the Children’s Privacy Notice.

FiliLearn may request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or authorization.

Users must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining an account.

Users must not:

• Impersonate another person
• Create fraudulent accounts
• Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Access another user’s account without authorization
• Attempt to bypass account restrictions
• Use another person’s identity documents

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.

FiliLearn may require password changes or additional verification when suspicious activity is detected.

FiliLearn may provide different account types including:

• Learner
• Teacher
• Admin
• Super Admin

Account permissions depend on the assigned role.

Attempting to access functionality outside an authorized role is prohibited.

Learners may access learning materials according to their subscription level and account status.

Available content may differ by plan.

Progress, XP, streaks, vocabulary status, lesson completion, and similar indicators are learning tools and do not constitute academic accreditation or professional certification unless FiliLearn expressly states otherwise.

Certain FiliLearn features require a paid subscription.

Current subscription options, prices, billing periods, included features, and renewal terms are displayed during purchase.

Subscriptions may include plans such as Free, Basic, and Plus.

Prices may change for future billing periods subject to applicable notice requirements.

Where a subscription automatically renews, FiliLearn will disclose the applicable renewal terms before purchase and obtain any consent required by law.

Unless canceled, the subscription may renew at the applicable recurring price.

Users must be provided with a reasonably clear method to cancel recurring subscriptions.

Cancellation does not necessarily result in a refund for a billing period that has already begun except where required by law or expressly provided in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Certain plans may provide Live Classes with FiliLearn Teachers.

Live Class availability depends on:

• Teacher availability
• Learner availability
• Subscription eligibility
• Class credits
• Scheduling rules
• Technical availability
• Other platform requirements

A booked Live Class does not guarantee availability of a particular Teacher indefinitely.

Where a plan provides Live Class credits, the number of credits and applicable expiration or rollover rules will be displayed with the subscription.

Unless FiliLearn states otherwise for a specific offer, unused monthly Live Class credits may expire at the end of the applicable subscription period and may not roll over.

Additional credits may be offered separately.

Learners are responsible for reviewing the class date and time before confirming a booking.

Times are displayed according to the timezone identified by the platform.

FiliLearn may display another participant’s timezone for convenience.

Users remain responsible for confirming their own schedule.

Teachers or Learners may request rescheduling where permitted.

A reschedule request does not automatically change the confirmed class time unless the other party accepts or FiliLearn otherwise confirms the new schedule.

The original class remains the confirmed schedule until the reschedule process is completed.

Class cancellation and no show rules are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable Teacher rules.

Repeated misuse of scheduling features may result in restrictions.

Live Classes may be recorded for purposes including:

• Safety
• Quality assurance
• Teacher review
• Training
• Dispute resolution
• Technical investigation
• Service verification
• Compliance

Recordings may include video, audio, lesson material, classroom activity, and related information.

Separate terms apply through the Classroom Recording Consent.

Users may communicate through FiliLearn where messaging functionality is provided.

Users must not use FiliLearn messaging to:

• Harass others
• Exchange inappropriate material
• Circumvent FiliLearn safety systems
• Solicit unauthorized private contact
• Conduct unrelated commercial activity
• Distribute malware
• Engage in fraudulent activity

Teachers and Learners may be prohibited from exchanging private contact information outside FiliLearn.

Teachers may provide services as independent contractors rather than employees of Learners.

A Teacher does not have authority to bind FiliLearn or HeyBuddy Enterprises LLC to an agreement unless specifically authorized.

Teacher participation is subject to separate Teacher agreements and policies.

FiliLearn provides educational language learning services.

Learning outcomes vary between users.

FiliLearn does not guarantee:

• Fluency
• Specific examination scores
• Employment
• Academic credit
• Professional certification
• A particular learning speed
• A particular Teacher
• Specific educational results

FiliLearn works to provide accurate Filipino language and cultural content.

Language may vary by:

• Region
• Context
• Generation
• Register
• Formality
• Dialect
• Individual usage

A translation or language explanation may not capture every valid usage.

FiliLearn may correct or update content when inaccuracies are identified.

FiliLearn may maintain internal quality assurance systems for:

• Vocabulary
• Translations
• Grammar
• Pronunciation
• Audio
• Cultural explanations
• Stories
• Lesson materials

Corrections may automatically update connected learning materials.

FiliLearn and its licensors own or control rights in platform materials including:

• Lessons
• Curriculum
• Original stories
• Graphics
• Mascots
• Audio
• Videos
• Software
• Design
• Logos
• Branding
• Teacher materials
• Activity formats
• Text
• Illustrations
• Databases

Users receive a limited, personal, revocable, nontransferable right to use FiliLearn for authorized purposes.

Users may not without written authorization:

• Copy FiliLearn curriculum for commercial use
• Resell FiliLearn content
• Publish lessons elsewhere
• Scrape the platform
• Redistribute paid learning materials
• Create unauthorized derivative commercial products
• Record or redistribute private Live Classes
• Copy Teacher resources for competing commercial services
• Reverse engineer restricted parts of the service except where law expressly permits

Users may provide content such as:

• Profile information
• Messages
• Pronunciation recordings
• Class communications
• Feedback
• Uploaded materials

Users grant FiliLearn the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, moderate, and use that content to provide and protect the service.

This does not transfer ownership beyond what is reasonably necessary for FiliLearn operations unless separately agreed.

FiliLearn may use automated technology or artificial intelligence for features such as:

• Speech processing
• Pronunciation assessment
• Audio generation
• Content assistance
• Recommendations
• Quality assurance

Automated systems may occasionally produce inaccurate results.

Educational feedback generated automatically should be treated as learning assistance rather than an infallible determination.

Users must not:

• Break applicable law
• Threaten another person
• Harass another user
• Exploit a minor
• Upload sexually explicit material
• Promote violence
• Distribute malware
• Attempt unauthorized system access
• Interfere with FiliLearn systems
• Manipulate learning or payment systems fraudulently
• Use automated scraping tools without permission
• Commit payment fraud
• Impersonate staff
• Circumvent account restrictions
• Use FiliLearn for unrelated commercial solicitation

FiliLearn may investigate reports of unsafe conduct.

FiliLearn may preserve information reasonably necessary to investigate:

• Threats
• Harassment
• Child safety concerns
• Fraud
• Policy violations
• Account abuse
• Disputes
• Security incidents

FiliLearn may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraud
• Security risks
• Safety concerns
• Payment issues
• Repeated class misconduct
• Abuse
• Unauthorized account access
• Legal compliance

FiliLearn may provide an opportunity to appeal certain account actions where appropriate.

FiliLearn does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Availability may be affected by:

• Maintenance
• Internet failures
• Hosting failures
• Third party services
• Video providers
• Payment processors
• Device limitations
• Security incidents
• Unexpected technical conditions

FiliLearn may rely on service providers for:

• Payments
• Hosting
• Authentication
• Video communications
• Email
• Push notifications
• Artificial intelligence
• Analytics
• Audio services
• Storage
• Other infrastructure

Use of such services may be subject to additional provider terms.

Mobile use may also be subject to terms imposed by Apple, Google, or another app marketplace.

Those platform terms may apply in addition to FiliLearn’s Terms.

FiliLearn’s collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and related privacy notices.

Refund and cancellation rules are described in the separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.

FiliLearn may update:

• Features
• Learning materials
• Pricing
• Subscription structure
• Teacher systems
• Technical infrastructure
• Policies

Reasonable notice will be provided where legally required.

To the extent permitted by law, FiliLearn is provided on an “as available” basis.

FiliLearn does not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HeyBuddy Enterprises LLC and FiliLearn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to be responsible for claims resulting from their unlawful use of FiliLearn, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This provision does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, including applicable California and United States law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws that apply to them.

FiliLearn may revise these Terms.

Material changes may be communicated through the platform, email, app notice, or another reasonable method.

Where renewed acceptance is appropriate, FiliLearn may require users to accept the new version.
