Treat others respectfully.

Do not:

• Harass
• Threaten
• Humiliate
• Intimidate
• Bullying
• Target another User with abusive communication

Keep classroom and messaging behavior appropriate to language learning and legitimate class communication.

FiliLearn does not permit harassment or abusive conduct targeting protected personal characteristics.

Do not send sexual or sexually explicit content through FiliLearn except where legitimate educational content expressly requires appropriate linguistic explanation.

Sexual communication involving a minor is strictly prohibited.

Users must never exploit or groom a minor.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Requesting secret communication
• Requesting sexual content
• Asking a child for private images
• Arranging unauthorized meetings
• Encouraging a child to hide communication from a guardian
• Manipulating a child into private off platform interaction

Teachers and Learners should use FiliLearn communication tools where required.

Do not pressure another User to disclose:

• Private phone numbers
• Home addresses
• Personal social media
• Private email accounts
• Other unauthorized contact information

Teachers must not solicit FiliLearn Learners for unauthorized private lessons.

Learners must not pressure Teachers to violate FiliLearn agreements.

During live classes:

• Dress appropriately
• Use respectful language
• Avoid disruptive behavior
• Do not display offensive material
• Do not intentionally interfere with class technology
• Do not allow unauthorized individuals to participate using another person’s account

Users must not independently record, publish, or redistribute Live Class content without authorization.

Accounts are personal to the authorized User.

Do not share credentials or impersonate another person.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Payment fraud
• False identity documents
• Fake accounts
• Manipulating subscription systems
• Manipulating Teacher payments
• Fraudulent refund claims
• Unauthorized access

Do not:

• Attempt to hack FiliLearn
• Probe restricted systems
• Bypass permissions
• Scrape protected content
• Inject malicious code
• Distribute malware
• Attempt unauthorized database access

Do not commercially redistribute FiliLearn learning materials without authorization.

Messages should relate to:

• Learning
• Classes
• Scheduling
• Support
• Authorized platform communication

Repeated unsolicited advertising or spam is prohibited.

Users should be able to report:

• Harassment
• Inappropriate Teacher conduct
• Inappropriate Learner conduct
• Safety concerns
• Technical abuse
• Fraud
• Child safety issues

FiliLearn is not an emergency service.

Where someone appears to be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service.

Depending on severity, FiliLearn may:

• Warn
• Restrict messaging
• Remove content
• Suspend an account
• Cancel a class
• Investigate
• Require additional verification
• Terminate access
• Report conduct where legally required

Where appropriate, FiliLearn may provide an appeal process for certain enforcement actions.

Serious child safety, fraud, threats, or security violations may result in immediate suspension without prior warning.
